Pro IT Services are available at times to suit you the customer, our main hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and available evenings and weekends till 10pm by arrangement only.
Please call between 9am to 5pm to book appointments for evening and weekends. If you are unable to call between these times for an appointment please phone between 6.30pm to 9pm Monday or Tuesday to book an appointment.
Support contracts are available giving you 24 hour support; call for more details.

Charges.
Pro IT Services have two pricing methods, hourly rate and fixed Price and there is no call out charge, below are some examples.

Hourly rate £35, max charge 2 hours unless advised otherwise.

System reinstall off site with customer’s backup disks fixed price £65 (including backup of one my documents folder providing drive is not damaged or corrupt)

System reinstall off site without customer’s backup disks fixed price £75 (including backup of one my documents folder providing drive is not damaged or corrupt)

Image backup recovery disk £15 extra (supplied on DVD format)

Setup and installation of customer supplied router and connect 3 PC’S hourly rate charged, if know problems installation takes 1-1.5 hours (£35 - £47.50)

Virus / Spy ware removal is difficult to give a price on as removing the Virus or Spy ware can damage system files, below is a guide.

Within half an hour we can normally tell if a reinstall is required, then we don’t charge for the first half hour just the reinstall shown above.

If we can remove the Virus / Spy ware we then charge by the hour max charge 2 hours.
